You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle parts, and 21 years old to purchase complete firearms, in accordance with U.S. federal law and applicable state/local laws. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. Product Information & Order Acceptance

  • All product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

  • Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are valid where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct errors, and modify or discontinue products without notice.

  • Pricing issues due to website errors may occur; customers will be notified and orders may be canceled or adjusted accordingly.

5. Legal Compliance & Background Checks

  • Federal firearms laws require licensed transfers. Firearm orders will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected by you. You must provide a valid FFL transfer facility and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • You agree to complete all required background checks, waiting periods, and paperwork where required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Firearms and regulated products will only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.

  • Other products (non-regulated parts and accessories) will be shipped in accordance with carrier policies.

  • Risk of loss and damage during transit is the responsibility of the carrier once shipped.

7. Returns & Warranty

  • Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to our Return Policy and Manufacturer’s Warranty, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., custom builds, engraved components, clearance items) unless defective.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site to:

  • Place orders in violation of any law.

  • Facilitate illegal acquisition or distribution of firearms or accessories.

  • Transmit any harmful or unlawful content.

9. Intellectual Property

Return & Warranty Policy

1. General Return Policy

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required prior to returning any product.

2. Firearms & Regulated Items

  • All firearm sales are final once transferred through an FFL.

  • Firearms may not be returned once background checks are completed, except for manufacturer defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or custom-finished firearms or components

  • Engraved items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used or installed components

4. Warranty

  • Firearms and manufactured components are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or use of non-standard ammunition.

5. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs or documentation if requested

Warranty repairs or replacements are at our discretion.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or shipped in error.

Shipping & FFL Transfer Instructions

1. Firearm Shipping Requirements

  • All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

  • Firearms will not be shipped directly to a residential address.

2. Selecting an FFL

  • During checkout, you must provide the name and contact information of your chosen FFL dealer.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the FFL is willing to accept the transfer.

  • Orders will not ship until a valid FFL is received and verified.

3. Background Checks & Compliance

  • Customers must complete all required background checks and comply with federal, state, and local laws at the receiving FFL.

  • Failed or delayed background checks may result in additional storage or return fees.

4. Non-Firearm Items

Accessories and non-regulated parts may be shipped directly to the customer, subject to local and state laws.

5. Restricted States & Local Laws

Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states or jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws.

6. Shipping Timelines

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to compliance verification, carrier delays, or high order volume.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after shipment or FFL processing may be subject to restocking and administrative fees.
